Description

A request from a PCI Express transmitting device is invalid

Automated Response

Details of the invalid transaction are saved to the Solaris Fault Management Architecture (FMA) fault log.

Impact

The invalid transaction is discarded.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

The recommended service action for this event is not to replace physical PCI Express hardware but to check for issues in the device firmware, system HyperVisor/firmware, Root Complex driver or leaf device driver.
