Description:
A buffer underrun was detected in the USB host controller or its driver. 
The corresponding driver may not be able to recover from the errors automatically.

Automated Response  
Device may have been disabled or may not be fully functional.

Impact 
Loss of services provided by the device instances associated with this fault.

Suggested Action for System Administrator 
The Message ID: USB-8000-AG indicates a problem in the USB subsystem. 
The faulty components, as shown with fmdump, should be repaired in order to restore the system.
