Description
A power failure has occurred in a PCIe hot pluggable slot.

Automated Response
The system will shut off power to the affected slot.

Impact 
The slot will not be usable until the system is restarted.

Suggested Action for System Administrator
The administrator should contact Oracle Service so that this event may be analyzed. No hardware replacement is needed.

If the system is connected to Automated Service Request [ASR] a service request may be automatically generated. If a manual request is needed. Refer to the following document for the latest procedures for displaying event content in preparation for submitting a service request and applying any post-repair actions that may be required.
