Description

An upset occurred during powerup.

When powering up the system, some PSUs detected that they were connected to 110v/100v AC and some PSUs detected that they were connected to 220v/200v AC.

This error can be caused by disconnecting and reconnecting an AC power cable in less than 30 seconds.

Automated Response

: The powerup does not take place.

Impact

: May result in PSUs being deconfigured.

The suspect is the external environment.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

: To recover from this issue remove the AC power from the system for 30 seconds then re-apply power.; Refer to the following document for the latest procedures for displaying event content in preparation for submitting a service request and applying any post-repair actions that may be required.
