Before replacing any components please verify the SERD issue is not part of the problem 1617956.1
Please replace the components noted on the XSCF.  The domain FMA does not always get the correct component.  See Bug 20547720.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

Before scheduling any component replacements please check to make sure the system is using the dynamic PCIe SERD.
The minimum supported S11 ( SRU11.1.21.4.1 ) has the fix installed.
Solaris 10 SPARC : SunPatch 149279-03
The recommended service action for this event is to schedule replacement of the affected component (listed in the XSCF error log) at the earliest possible convenience. Although the hardware may be functioning, it is not intended nor recommended that the faulted component(s) remain in the system for a prolonged period of time.

Refer to the following document for the latest procedures for displaying event content in preparation for submitting a service request and applying any post-repair actions that may be required.
