 5. Firmware upgrade

Firmware – Library Firmware -> Upgrade

New window opens – select the corresponding .tar file - Ok

6. LTO firmware upgrade

SL150 – How to Update the Tape Drive Firmware via WEB BUI (Doc ID 1952297.1)
Firmware – Drive Firmware -> Upgrade Drive Firmware

Select “Upgrade Drive Firmware” – choose the Drive Type. The available drives will appear and you just need to select the one you want to upgrade -> Next

Browse for the firmware version that you would like to upgrade at -> Upgrade

7. Partition

Configuration – Configure –> select Configure Library Settings -> Next

Select “Library Partitioning” from the Menu – Partitioning On -> Next

Select "Add Partition"

Select all the desired components (at least One drive and a magazine) -> Next

Configuration Wizard: Summary of Configuration Changes – review the added resources, click on Accept all changes and Apply

Agree to set the Library Offline in order to apply the changes

8. Expanded Mailslot

Configuration – Configure –> select Configure Library Settings -> Next

Select “Mailslot Configuration” from the Menu – Expanded Mailslot (19 slots)

9. Bridge Drive
