Purpose

 This document show the steps to collect Analytics and upload to Oracle Support when requested.

Details

 Analytics worksheet can be collected as a support bundle and sent to Oracle Support when requested.

Steps:


Creating Worksheet :


1. Open BUI and go to Analytics --> Open Worksheets


2. Rename the worksheet from "Untitled Worksheet" to a more desirable name


3. Add statistics "+" button to add desirable dataset graph


4. Add additional datasets graph as required.

Saving Worksheet :


5. Pause the worksheet and use the following tools to adjust the graph to display the desired results.
    Use show a minute/hour/day/week/month of data.
    Adjust the analytics using arrows to move backward/forward in time.
    Use Zoom in/out to display the analytics that you want to collect.


6. Synchronize button to synchronize all the dataset graphs in this worksheet.
    This will enable all the graphs to show same date/time of data.


7. Press save button and go to saved worksheets. Here you can see the newly saved worksheet.
    Now you can add more datasets to this worksheet anytime.

8. Finally you can send the worksheet as a support bundle to the Oracle Support.
