Purpose

To provide information regarding the relative performance of the Physical Memory DRAM (DIMMs), Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), Readzillas (Read-Accelerated SSDs) and Logzillas (Write-Accelerated SSDs) used in the Series 7000 Unified Storage Systems, Sun ZFS Storage 7x20 Series and the Oracle ZFS Storage ZS3-x/ZS4-x Appliances.

This information is correct as of 1st March 2016.
