The purpose of this article is to make available a whitepaper entitled Oracle Flash Storage System QoS Plus Operation and Best Practices.

Please make note of the following from Stuart Marshall written July 23, 2015, responding to the observation that the title page specifically refers to 6.2 only:

"There are some changes in the initial RAID levels that are changed in R6.2 … this document has been prepared for R6.2 – however 99% of it is very useful for our TSC folks today. Please note that it is not available for use outside of Oracle yet. It needs to be approved for general release that I would imagine with be along with R6.2 next month."
