 TYPE: ILOM Defect

         defect.ilom.fs.file-missing

Severity: Minor

Description

The platform service processor had detected a file missing which it deems necessary for operation.

1. Reset ILOM to factory defaults.
2. Reload ILOM image.
3. If problem persists, file a bug.

Automated Response

If redundant SP's a failover will occur.

Impact
The system will continue to operate.

Suggested Action for System Administrator
The remedy for the situation is to reload the ILOM image.

1. Reset ILOM to factory defaults.
2. Reload ILOM image.
3. If problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services

If the system is connected via the Automated Service Request [ASR] interface, a service request should be automatically generated.  However if necessary,  refer to the following document for the latest procedures for displaying event content in preparation for submitting a service request and applying any post-repair actions that may be required.
