This document provides the actions to be done by the Customer before and after the Field Engineer service action.

Dear Customer,

As per the Oracle Support agreement, you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.

Prior to Field Engineer service actions:
- It is recommended that Host I/O is stopped, VTDs varied offline and vary the VSM6 offline before beginning this procedure.

Following the Field Engineer service actions:

- Vary the VSM6 and its RTDs back online.
