This document provides the actions to be done by the Customer before and after the Field Engineer service action.

Dear Customer,

As per the Oracle Support agreement, you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.


Prior to Field Engineer service actions: 
- Plan to be available to the Field Engineer, to assist with environment specific procedures needed for Hard Drive Replacement.
   

Following the Field Engineer service actions:

-  If during the GFR (Guided FRU Replacement) of the failed hard drive any IP C-links or VLE vRTDs had errors then vary them offline and then back online.
