Dear Customer,

As per our conversation, below you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.

We are providing the link to Knowledge that may help you to complete the required steps.
The docs are not tied to your specific environment but are meant to provide general guidance on the type of actions required.

Prior to Field Engineer service action:
Note – A data backup is not a prerequisite but is a wise precaution.

    Shutdown the domains.
    This applies to all the domains involved with this FRU replacement
   

Following the Field Engineer service action:

    Boot the domains
    This applies to all the domains involved in this FRU replacement
