Symptom	Details	Resolution/Workaround
Server boot process hangs while initializing HBA	1068E firmware hangs upon SAS Discovery Error on port. Unaddressable device found	Issue fixed in LSI BIOS v6.26.00 FW 1.27.92 (Patch 16044285: X4540 SW 2.3.2) Resolution: Update LSI BIOS firmware to latest Download OHIA (Patch 16044285) and boot from OHIA ISO image. Update HBA firmware
ILOM 3.0 WebGUI doesn't work with Firefox 6		Resolution: Update ILOM firmware to latest version.
DMA error in operating system.	mpt driver reports "DMA can't cross 4GB boundary due to errata"	This error is not critical and safe to ignore.
Unable to set ILOM IP address in BIOS		Issue fixed in ILOM version SW1.2 Resolution: Update ILOM firmware to latest version.
Server OK LED is OFF, though server is working	LED does illuminate during the LED test.	Issue fixed in ILOM firmware 3.0. Resolution: Update ILOM firmware to latest version.
