Dear Customer,

As per our agreement, below you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service actions.
We are providing the link Product documentation that may help you to complete the required steps. The docs are not tied to your specific environment but are meant to provide general guidance on the type of actions required.

Prior to Field Engineer service actions:
Note: Usually the Power Supplies and Fans are hot-swappable requiring no command execution to perform the replacement. These components are only hot-swappable in redundant conditions. A data backup is not a prerequisite but is a wise precaution.

     No Customer Activity is required for hot-swappable device replacement.

Following the Field Engineer service actions:
     No Customer Activity is required for hot-swappable device replacement.
