| Symptom | Details | Resolution/Workaround |

| Solaris FMA showing all CPUs as failed. |
FMA error code Intel8001-ND Major. However ILOM does not report any failure.
This is false alarm and does not need hardware replacement.

Workaround: Clear FMA errors by using fmadm repair procudure.
# fmadm repaired <event-id>

| Cannot -> start /SYS after upgrading firmware. |
When ILOM updated from 3.0.14.10(SW 1.2.1) to 3.0.16.13.a(SW 1.4) |
Workaround: Downgrade firmware to SW 1.2.1
