Dear Customer,

As per our agreement,
below you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.

We are providing the link to Knowledge that may help you to complete the required steps.
The docs are not tied to your specific environment but are meant to provide general guidance on the type of actions required.

 

Please refer to the actions listed below, which should be taken prior to and following the Oracle Field Engineer service action.


Prior to Field Engineer service action:

  • No action required.


Following the Field Engineer service action:

  • Verify disk is online & in optimal status. 

  • Verify backups are working and there are no major errors/alarms.
