Details
Symptom | Details | Resolution/Workaround |
Server unbootable after upgrading ILOM/BIOS without upgrading RAID card firmware first |
System became unbootable when ILOM upgraded from SW1.3 to SW1.6/SW1.7 without first upgrading the RAID card.

Workaround is to downgrade the ILOM/BIOS back to SW1.3 or previous version used then upgrade the RAID card firmware before upgrading ILOM/BIOS again.

Memory leaks cause ILOM to cause strange faults from the hardware that may be false.

Workaround: Reset ILOM regularly
Resolution: Update the system with the latest system firmware release

Power supplies get faulted during power on or power off |
