Customer Actions Required for Service or Replacement of CAP (Cartridge Access Port) or CAP Motor Assembly in Library.

This document provides the actions to be done by the Customer before and after the Field Engineer service action.

Details

TSC Engineers:

Please copy/paste the following text into a public note of the Service Request.

The customer must follow these actions:

Prior to the CSE/FE Service Action, The CAP needs to be offline to the Host and Library.  The Service Safety Door will need to be engaged.

Following the Service Action, the CAP will need to be brought back online to the Library and Host.
