This document provides the actions to be done by the Customer before and after the Field Engineer service action.

TSC Engineers:

Please copy/paste the following text into a public note of the Service Request.

Prior to CSE/FE service action, no action is needed on the library as the Operator Panel will not effect library operation.

Following the service action, the customer will need to log back in to the Operator Panel.

Refer to the SL8500 User Guide for assistance.
