Dear Customer,
As per the Oracle Support agreement, you will find the actions needed to take place prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.

Prior to CSE/FE service action, Customer must halt Tallbot operation by placing the library offline with either ACSLS or HSC.

Once service action is complete, bring the library back online with ACSLS or HSC.

Refer to the SL3000 User Guide for assistance regarding taking the library online/offline.
