This document provides the actions to be done by the Customer before and after the Field Engineer service action.

Details

TSC Engineers:

Please copy/paste the following text into a public note of the Service Request.

------------------------------------------------------ CUT HERE ---------------------------------------------------------------

Prior to the CSE/FE service action, Library should be offline to the Software application and the Operating System.

Once the service action is done, the Library needs to be brought online to the Operation System and the Software Application.

Refer to the SL500 User's Guide for assistance on placeing the library online/offline.
