------------------------------------------------------ CUT HERE --------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Customer, Prior to CSE/FE visit: All work to the tape drive should be stopped and the drive needs to be offline to the host/server. Following CSE/FE visit: Replacement drive should be brought back online and be operational with the Library software and/or Backup software.
