Warning Notice

PCI Cards using 64-bit prefetch buffer will create following error with Solaris 10 1/13

pci_autoconfig: [ID 241636 kern.notice] NOTICE:
unsupported 64-bit prefetch memory on pci-pci bridge [0/2/2]

This notice message will not have any impact on the productivity of the system.

64-bit prefetch buffer is unsupported with Oracle Solaris 10.

The current workaround is to disable "PCI 64 Bit Resource Allocation" in System BIOS (see Sun Server X4-2 BIOS IO Menu Selections)

or update your system to Oracle Solaris 11.1. Further investigation is still in progress by engineering.
