Below you will find the actions you need to take prior to and after the Oracle Field Engineer service action.
We are providing the link to knowledge that may help you to complete the required steps.
The documents are not tied to your specific environment but are meant to provide general guidance on the type of actions required.
Note – A data backup is not a prerequisite but is a wise precaution.
Prior to field engineer service actions:
- Shutdown the Exalogic Storage Server Head
Following the field engineer service actions:
- Boot the Exalogic Storage Server Head
