PurposeTo provide additional information for message ID: 9103.robot.z.range.error Details9103.robot.z.range.error Type:SDP2 Severity:Moderate DescriptionROBOT_Z_RANGE_ERROR Robot Z Range error Automated Responsenone ImpactThe robot could not complete the full range of motion in the z direction. This error is most likely caused by a tape cartridge that is not fully seated. Suggested Action for System AdministratorsCheck for unseated tape. Inspect/replace robot. From the front panel or GUI determine the last instructed moves and then remove a magazine from an unrelated location to gain safe physical access the robot and tape slots, if the magazine presents resistance use a different magazine DO NOT FORCE IT OPEN. Once access has been gained check for unseated tapes or a damaged robot. Reboot the library. Diagnostics should be gathered including logs and core files of the failure, please reference <Document ID 1474118.1>. Note: If ASR (Automatic Service Request) has been enabled for this system, a Service Request should already be initiated. If ASR is not enabled and you have a valid service contract, please contact Oracle Support to assist in enabling ASR.
