DetailsCurrent Recommended Software Revisions Matrix for the Oracle Pillar Axiom Storage SystemNote: Higher revision software patches may exist for specific issues. These require a password to download. The password is available from Oracle Technical Support if the patch applies to your situation.
NOTE: A RAID firmware issue exists in Patches 5.4.12 and 5.4.13. On FC Bricks, if a preemptive CopyAway is started to copy data from a deteriorating drive before the drive faults, the CopyAway will result in RAID CU "stuck busy" faults. The fix for this issue is available in Patch 5.4.14.
WORKAROUND: Use the Event Log to determine the drive where the CopyAway was initiated, and remove that drive from the Brick. This should initiate a Rebuild to the floating spare. If this does not initiate the rebuild, or the Brick is offline, RAID Engineering assistance will be required.
