In this Document
Applies to:Sun Storage 7410 Unified Storage System - Version All Versions and laterSun ZFS Storage 7420 - Version All Versions and later Sun ZFS Storage 7320 - Version All Versions and later Oracle ZFS Storage ZS3-2 - Version All Versions and later Oracle ZFS Storage ZS3-4 - Version All Versions and later 7000 Appliance OS (Fishworks) PurposeThe purpose of this document is to increase awareness of the possibility of duplicate alarms being raised on a clustered system. To discuss this information further with Oracle experts and industry peers, we encourage you to review, join or start a discussion in the My Oracle Support Community - Disk Storage ZFS Storage Appliance
DetailsFor all Appliance Firmware 2011.1.x Releases and 2013.1.2.13 (or earlier), you may see the same alarm on both heads (duplicate) for hardware resources that are shared between cluster peers. This is a known issue and is fixed in Appliance Firmware Release 2013.1.3.0.
In the meantime, we are detecting these duplicate requests to prevent redundancy. You may close this duplicate Service Request at your convenience or allow the system to close it automatically after 14 days.
Please see Doc ID 2021771.1 for the latest Appliance Firmware Release version.
