Description

An upset occurred during powerup.

When powering up the system, some PSUs detected that they were connected to 110v/100v AC and some PSUs detected that they were connected to 220v/200v AC.

This error can be caused by disconnecting and reconnecting an AC power cable in less than 30 seconds.

Automated Response

The powerup does not take place.

Impact

May result in PSUs being deconfigured.

Indicted Hardware

The suspect is the external environment.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

To recover from this issue remove the AC power from the system for 30 seconds then re-apply power.
