Description

A fault occurred when a DDC on an IOB in PCI expansion box signaled that it has failed.
Automated Response
- The PCI expansion box is powered down. And, domain(s) using this PCI expansion box may face PCI fabric error when a PCI device in the PCI expansion box is accessed.
Impact
- The IOB is deconfigured. This means, the PCI expansion box wil not start.
Indicted Hardware
- The IOB is marked for replacement.
Suggested Action for System Administrator
- The recommended service action for this event is to schedule replacement of the affected component(s) at the earliest possible convenience.
