Description

A fault occurred when the XSCF tried to turn off the power of the DDC on an IOB and the power-off failed.
Automated Response
- No immediate action is taken because of this fault, and the poweroff sequence continues. The platform administrator should schedule a service action.

- The IOB is deconfigured. This means the PCI expansion box is deconfigured.
