Description

A fault occurred due to a serious overvoltage failure detected on an IOB in PCI expansion Box.
Automated Response
- The PCI expansion box is powered off, and all the domains using this PCI expansion box are powered-off. The PCI expansion box cannot be powered back on.
Impact
- The PCI expansion box is deconfigured.
Indicted Hardware
- The IOB is marked for replacement.

- The recommended service action for this event is to schedule replacement of the affected component(s) at the earliest possible convenience.
