Severity: Major

Description

A failure has occurred in the communication path between the Service Processor (SP) and an Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) chip.

 

Automated Response
The system will take steps to re-route communication between the host and the SP.

 

Impact
The system continues to run. Communication between the host and the SP may be lost.

 

Suggested Action for System Administrator
The administrator should arrange to have the FRU containing the faulty component replaced.
