Description

One or more devices has a SAS path problem.

Automated Response

A support file bundle containing debug information will be created.

Impact

A redundant path to one or more devices is down.  This may cause a performance degradation.  If multiple paths are lost then access to customer data may be Lost.

Suggested Action for System Administrators

The description field in the ASR contains the operational and total path counts for each device experiencing a path problem.  And review the support file bundle form ore details.

Note: If ASR (Automatic Service Request) has been enabled for this system, a Service Request should already be initiated. If ASR is not enabled and have a valid service contract please contact VSM6 Support to assist in enabling ASR.
