Description:

A manual request was made to collect a support file bundle from this system.

Automated Response

This ASR is due to a manual file collection request.

Impact

If the manual request was made in response to a service issue a call to Oracle services must be made and a service case opened. A support file bundle has been generated and should be forwarded to Oracle using the case ID.

Suggested Action for System Administrators

 The ASR associated with the support file bundle can be ignored. No new case or issue should be created for this event.


Note: If ASR (Automatic Service Request) has been enabled for this system, a Service Request should already be initiated. If ASR is not enabled and have a valid service contract please contact VSM6 Support to assist in enabling ASR.
