Description

Correctable errors are coming from a range of addresses within a given DRAM

Automated Response

The memory controller will be programmed to remap the layout of data in the affected DIMM

 Impact

Hardware will continue to run.

Suggested Action for System Administrator .

T5, M5, and M6 systems no repair action is recommended, however, for all other systems (T7, M7) the faulty DIMM should be replaced.

If the system is connected via the Automated Service Request [ASR] interface, a service request should be automatically generated. However if necessary, refer to the following document for the latest procedures for displaying event content in preparation for submitting a service request and applying any post-repair actions that may be required.
