Description

ZFS device has insufficient replicas to continue.

Automated Response

No automated response will occur. 
ZFS Storage Appliances will reboot.

Impact

The pool is no longer accessible.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

A device within a ZFS pool has insufficient replicas to continue. 

Check that all SAS cables are attached.

Check that all members of the zpool are seen by the OS and reattach if necessary.

If the above procedures do not address the issue it is highly recommended that the customer cease troubleshooting and contact Oracle Support.
