Provide additional information for message ID: DISK-8000-6R

Details

Type: Hardware Fault

fault.io.scsi.disk.tran.unstable.leaf

Severity: Critical

Description

The message ID: DISK-8000-6R indicates that a path to the device has been unconfigured due to transport instability.

Automated Response

The device may be offlined or degraded. A hot-spare disk may have been activated.

Impact

The IO service to this device may have been lost or degraded.

Suggested Action for System Administrator

The administrator should arrange to have the faulty disk replaced.
