M4000 Input Wiring is incorrect Resolved in the factory by additional testing. Collaborate if found on a new system.     M4000 Input Wiring Fix 02/03/2009
M8000 and M9000 fan trays come loose and down platform Resolved 1019704.1 <BUG 15488439> XCP includes software fix which mitigates the loss of a fan tray. Sun Alert internal section is revised with available field retaining arm retrofit kit. 09/17/2009
M5000 - MBC failures SCF-8003-LS and/or SCF-8003-HA
Specifically looking for cases that have a fatal error immediately before the serious error.
Deferred     Still under investigation by engineering.  Current action is to replace the faulted MBU.

XCP Issue

DR Issue

Deleteboard / moveboard - delete_memory thread is hanging on kphysm_del_cleanup during dr testing. Fix Delivered - Fixed in S10_u6 / snv_87 1019090.1      <BUG 15429433> The DR deleteboard or moveboard operations might hang if either of the following condition exists:
- A DIMM on the target board has disabled memory and the board being
DR'ed has permanent memory assigned to it.
- The system board that is being deleted via DR has
permanent memory and the memory are being migrated
to a system board with smaller amount of memory installed.
Workaround: Don't use DR in the above situation.
