- Failure to boot Solaris on a domain using a device in a PCI-X slot.
This message is informational in nature and not a diagnosis.
The OpenBoot PROM fcode did not detect any fault with the device
and the XSCF software was unable to determine cause.
The domain drops to the OpenBoot PROM 'ok' prompt.
