Suggested Action for System Administrator
- Ensure that the latest drivers and patches are installed. Otherwise schedule a repair procedure to replace the affected device(s). Use fmadm faulty to identify the devices or contact Sun for support.

15529944 . Please review the bug and compare your signature reported(i.e. external dvd via usb port - /pci@400/pci@0/pci@1/pci@0/usb@0,2). If it matches any usb ports,it is likely you are hitting this bug.
Fix: FW 7.2.11 with patch 139444-16 (or higher)
