Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance Software - Version 12.1.1.1.8 and later upgraded to Version 12.2.1.1.1-RELEASE or 12.2.1.1.1.201710-RELEASE DescriptionRA backups of the Metadata Database are not being performed following the upgrade to RA 12.2 OccurrenceThe automatic internal RA jobs which run every 2 hours to backup the metadata database to the local storage are not running. SymptomsThe RA backup job which runs every 2 hours normally writes the metadata database backups to /rabackup and then the backups are copied to the ACFS file system /raacfs/raadmin/ra_export. Following the upgrade to RA 12.2 (see impacted releases above), the backup is not occurring due to the DATA_PUMP_DIR directory being modified by the default DBMS Upgrade. These backups contain the details of the backups stored on the RA and are essential for RA disaster recovery operations.
