Description
Oracle Support would like to inform customers that a significant list of bugs are fixed in OCUDR 12.1.0.0.0 patches available on MOS to address potential of UDRPROV process restart. It is recommended to install latest patch at the same time upgrade is performed. Should you need additional information, please raise a SR for inquiry.
Occurrence
Newly upgraded systems to OCUDR release 12.1 have the potential for encountering UDRPROV process defect. Applying the latest Patch following the 12.1 upgrade will avoid this condition.
Symptoms
Systems not patched are at risk of encountering known bugs.
Workaround
Immediately after upgrading to OCUDR release 12.1, Oracle recommends to apply the latest patches made available on MOS.
