DescriptionDue to <bug 23528420>, InfiniBand switches may experience high CPU utilization. OccurrenceInfiniBand switches may experience high CPU utilization after receiving a malformed POST request via HTTP or HTTPS. Such requests are often initiated by a security scan tool. Note that a switch may experience high CPU utilization caused by this issue for an extended period of time and remain functional and stable. While the switch is affected, if a subsequent action that requires CPU were to occur, such as a patchmgr ibswitch upgrade prerequisite check, it may lead to the symptoms described above, including database server or storage server eviction.
