Description
Upgrade to Eagle release 45.1 through 46.1 while having ITUN24/China 24-bit point codes in the system may corrupt SCCP services table.
Occurrence
This occurs when following conditions are true:
- Eagle running on release 45.0 and prior
- ITUN24/China 24-bit point codes are used in the system
- Any of SCCP services GFLEX/GPORT/MNP is used
- Upgrade to release 45.1 through 46.1
Symptoms
Post-upgrade, the rtrv-tbl-capacity output will show a different size for the SCCPSRV and MRN tables than the source release.
Post-upgrade, following severity may be observed:

Workaround
If EAGLE has ITUN24/China 24-bit point codes then upgrade path should be as below:
Eagle release prior to 45.0 -> Release 45.0 -> Release 46.2
