To receive daily notifications of Service Alert releases (and other Knowledge Articles)
including this report, the "Hot Topics" option must be configured in My Oracle Support:

   1. Login to My Oracle Support at https://support.oracle.com/
   2. Select the tab for "More" and then choose "Settings"
