Applies to:Oracle Communications EAGLE (Hardware)Tekelec DescriptionWhat is Oracle Announcing?Self-Service for Eagle STP card RMAs through My Oracle Support (MOS). Why?For the vast majority of Eagle STP RMAs, Oracle Technical Support is not needed for troubleshooting. To help expedite this type of RMA, customers can now use the self-service feature to generate RMA Service Requests. The Oracle Dispatch team will continue to provide tracking information and return instructions. There will be no change in how parts are shipped or returned. Necessary Customer Action:Customers should review How to Order a Replacement Part for Defective Oracle Communications Tekelec EAGLE Hardware (Doc ID 2060665.1) for the RMA creation process. OccurrenceThis process will only apply to Oracle Customers requesting Tekelec EAGLE STP parts. Service Requests for other Tekelec products will continue to be processed by Technical Support Engineers as troubleshooting is required.
