The related patches for 12.1.2.2 and 12.1.2.3 can be applied in rolling mode. IF you have guest VM using share storage, please stop or failover the VM on the related Node before do the shutdown CRS step as mentioned in the readme and restart related VM after apply the fix. ODA 12.1.2.2 If using ODA 12.1.2.2 please: "Patch readme for 12.1.2.2" Follow the README steps to apply the fix.
If using ODA 12.1.2.3 please: "Patch readme for 12.1.2.3" Follow the README steps to apply the fix. The related RPM patch in the Note also including the fix for acfs bug: 21163764. So if we suspect the customer is hitting acfs bug 21163764, we can also let customer follow related readme to apply related patch. The Note is created for ODA x5-2 which is the only version using disk sizes of 2T+ but the patch can apply onto x4-2/x3-2 or V1 HW in case the ODA version and ACFS version match the requirement in the readme.
