Applies to:Oracle Communications EAGLE (Software) - Version EAGLE 40.x to EAGLE 46.0 [Release EAGLE 40.0 to EAGLE 46.0]Tekelec DescriptionFollowing a review of the EAGLE upgrade process, it was determined that the benefits of executing an EAGLE Health Check 1 (HC1) are not sufficient to justify the level of effort required for scheduling and executing this kind of activity. As a result, Oracle will no longer schedule or execute such activities starting January 1, 2014. OccurrenceN/A SymptomsThe decision to cease execution of HC1 activities before EAGLE upgrades will impact HC2 activities in the following ways:
WorkaroundThere are no immediate actions customers need to take. Customers who would like to continue with HC1 activities have the option to perform the HC1 themselves following the Health Check Procedure documents found in the references below. Once completed, customers should attach the capture file in an SR for review.
