Cause

COPY-DISK command is failing due to Trial BLMCAP GPL (table 459) size mismatch. This will happen when a copy-disk is attempted on R46.0 EAGLE (which got upgraded from a pre 46.0 release and the active disk has not undergone a copy-disk or format-disk after upgrade). This behavior is described in Bug 24696402

Solution

The following steps can be performed as a workaround:

1. format-disk:type=fixed:force=yes

2. copy-gpl:sloc=<active MASP>:dloc=<standby TDM>

3. chg-db:action=repair
